코드 쪽에서는 관리하는 도구에 따라 조금씩 용어가 다른 것 같습니다. Git을 사용하는 경우에는 Reset, Revert 라는 기능을 사용하기 때문에 해당 표현을 그대로 사용합니다.
게임 진영에서는 백섭(back server)라는 표현을 사용한다고 합니다. 이걸 순화해서 롤백이라고 한다는군요.
위키피디아에서도 롤백 기능이 있습니다. 한국어 번역에서는 되돌리기 기능으로 번역을 하고 있네요. 음. 되돌리기도 나쁘지 않은데, 코드 단에서는 되돌리기라고 하기에는 좀 상황이 여러가지라~~
